A Christmas Carol
At A Contemporary Theatre

Along with Seattle Opera's version of "The Nutcracker" and the Seattle
Choral Company's roundup of holiday favorites and carols, A Contemporary
Theatre's annual production of "A Christmas Carol" is a requisite element
of the holiday season in Seattle.
The sets moan and groan with marvelous drama, the ghosts thrash and
wail with spirited energy, off-set sound effects rumble throughout, the
supporting cast provides just the right level of holiday merriment, and
the lead cast often puts in some of the best renditions of the play's
legendary characters you are ever likely to see. The (no doubt holey)
shoes of last year's Ebenezer were filled by John Procaccino, who fused
the character with a perfect balance of fear and curmudgeonly resilience.
Tickets are on sale now, and are available through Tickets.com, or at the ACT box office.
